Shipping, Returns, & Exchanges

Returns Policy

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on any items within our shop, due to the fact that we hand make each item after they are ordered, customized and tailored to your specifications.
 

Exchange Policy

Our exchange policy applies to orders without personal customizations OR items with our standard print designs.  Standard print designs would apply to designs in design prints that are shown within the item listings.  Intimate apparel, Ready To Ship items, Oversized Spirited Jerseys and any/all articles with glitter design print(s) are not eligible for exchange.  

If you ordered an item that does not fit you correctly we will be would be happy to exchange it for a different size, if applicable.  All exchange items MUST be unaltered upon receipt (cannot be washed, worn, or damaged).  If an item is received that appears to be washed/worn it will be refused and returned back to you.

All exchanges will be processed upon receipt and will be subject to the current turnaround time that is listed on our homepage at time of the return.  Exchange requests MUST be made within 5 days of confirmed delivery receipt.  If more than 5 days have passed, an exchange request will be unable to be fulfilled.

You must contact us before sending any items back and you will be responsible for paying shipping fees.  A Paypal invoice will be sent to cover return shipping fees once the new item(s) have been created and ready for shipment OR an envelope with prepaid postage may be provided to us when sending the exchange.

If you have any questions about sizing or are unsure, please ask before purchasing or review the measurement chart located within the listing descriptions.

We strive to ensure that all items are created per order specifications and are checked over for quality prior to sending out your order.  In the rare circumstance, if you received an item that has a defect (such as rip or lose seam) - we must be contacted within 72 orders of order receipt to ensure that we can get replacement processed for you as quickly as possible.  If 72 hours have passed since your order was marked as delivered, we will be unable to provide a replacement and it will be assumed that the defect was caused by the consumer.

 

RAISING ARROWS - Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on RA products.  All sales are final.  If you are unsure of sizing, please check the available measurement charts accompanied in each listing / product descriptions. 


SHIPPING

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.  Please contact us before placing your order if you live outside of the US.

Everything in our shop is completely handmade by the owner of Southern Charm Designs, with the exception of some of our boutique listings under our "Ready To Ship," category.

"Ready to Ship" items will ship within 2 business days of cleared payment, unless otherwise noted in the listing description.

None of our items are made in advance. With the amount of order requests, please expect your item(s) to ship within approximately 10 - 14 business days.

Our turnaround times are based on current order volume and are always subject to change.  Current turnaround times are listed in the Terms and Conditions at check out and our website homepage.

When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order makes it in the mail.
